What it downloads

Instagram: Reels, video posts, photos, carousel posts and public Stories.
TikTok: videos, without the TikTok watermark.
Facebook: Reels, public video posts and videos on public pages and groups.
X: videos in public posts, from x.com or twitter.com links.

All four work with public content only. Private accounts, protected X accounts, friends-only posts and private groups can't be read.

The same buttons everywhere

After you paste a link and tap Download, each video appears as a card with three buttons:

"Download Video + Audio" saves the video as it plays in the app.
"Download Video Only" saves the picture with the sound removed.
"Download Audio Only" saves the soundtrack as an MP3.

Photos get a "Download Original Photo" button instead. If a post contains several items, like an Instagram carousel or an X post with more than one video, each item gets its own card. When the post has a caption, ICANDL shows it above the results with a copy button.

Quality

ICANDL saves the best quality each platform stores for that video. Instagram Reels, TikToks and Facebook videos can come down in HD, and up to 4K when they were uploaded at that resolution. A clip uploaded at low resolution stays at that resolution.

On any device
