Facebook sound as a file you can keep
Facebook lets you watch and share a Reel, but it gives you no way to keep its sound. This page does one thing: it takes a public Facebook video link and gives you the audio as an MP3. Use it for a speech, a song clip, a podcast segment posted as video, or a sermon you want to hear offline.

Copy the link with the Share button and choose Copy link. On a computer, the address in the browser bar works too. Posts limited to friends or private groups can't be read.
Three options on the result screen
- "Download Audio Only" saves the sound as an MP3.
- "Download Video + Audio" saves the full video.
- "Download Video Only" saves the video without sound.
The MP3 matches the video's length and contains everything in its soundtrack, including talking and background noise.
On your phone or computer
Nothing to install, and no Facebook login. On Android the MP3 goes to Downloads. On iPhone, Safari asks where to save the file; pick the Files app. On a computer it lands in your normal download folder.
